Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to inform you that the website of the seminar is now
operational at http://annualseminar2010.cta.int. Please find hereafter the
link. I would be grateful if you could share the information with your
partners and networks and anyone else who may be interested . We have made
efforts in order to be ensure that the seminar website is in French and
English versions. However, some documents prepared in English are still
being translated and will be ready soon.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for your
continuing contribution in the preparation and organization of the seminar.
