The e-Society programme Apac District has been formulated as a joint effort between stakeholders from Apac (local government, civil society and private sector), and IICD, Hivos and their local partners WOUGNET and I-Network.
The purpose of the e-society programme is to have an improved service delivery and community participation through Local Government, Private sector and Civil Society collaboration.
